Sandy Stewart’s 2009-2010 SAMPLER WORKSHOPS

These new 2-hour sampler workshops were created to help you experience the wonders of the crystal kingdom, the joy of discovery, and tools to co-create with Creation.

These workshops were designed to be informative, educational, fun, practical, and hands-on. Cost per workshop is $35.

I look forward to working and playing with you and sharing in the wonders of the crystal kingdom.

Introduction to Crystals

What are they, and why are we so attracted to them? How do they work, and what can I do with them? A fun and interactive 2-hours with kindred spirits – crystals and humans.

When: Monday November 9, 2009 - 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. as well as Monday January 25, 2010 - 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Crystal and Chakras

The magical properties of crystals interact naturally with both the human and animal chakra systems. Chakras, or wheels, are the names given by ancient Hindu tradition to the seven major energy centres of the subtle body that run from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Explore the beautiful world of coloured crystals and their corresponding chakras. Experience a basic crystal chakra layout and see which chakra and crystals are most beneficial for you right now.

When: Monday November 16, 2009 - 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Platonic Solids

Come be inspired by what Plato believed to be the five basic building blocks of the universe. Learn how these 5 shapes correspond to the elements of earth, water, fire, air, and spirit. Get insight into their importance in crystal healing, and why Plato might have considered them to be the foundation of a ‘theory of everything’.

When: Monday November 23, 2009 - 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Grids

Crystal designs, also known as grids, are beautiful creations intentionally built for the purpose of assisting in the enhancement of harmonious, peaceful, and healing relations with all things. Crystal designs or grids can be created anywhere – from your home to the office, in your garden or anywhere! This workshop teaches the fundamentals of using crystals for ceremonial, purposeful, and intentional applications.

When: Monday November 30, 2009 - 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Clear Quartz Tools

Did you know that clear quartz crystals are piezo-electric? This means that crystals have the capacity to emit a frequency. In this workshop, you will learn about the specific properties of clear quartz tools, and samples of clear quartz crystal tools will be examined in class to demonstrate that every crystal creation is a singing tool with distinctive healing purpose.

When: Monday January 4, 2010 - 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Singing Bowls (Quartz and Tibetan)

Get your singing bowl out of the closet! Come and learn how to awaken your bowl to its harmonic place in the Universe. In this playshop, you will learn the fundamentals of singing crystal bowls, and we will have an opportunity to awaken the Universe together.

When: Monday January 11, 2010 - 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Up Close and Personal with your Crystals

This workshop will answer the following questions: Have you ever wondered what messages and stories are hidden within your crystals? Are you being drawn to a particular type of crystal over and over again? Do you have a very special crystal that came into your life that you believe has a particular purpose? Come with your crystals, and hear what they have to say to you.
